I've been living in my foremost home since 1995 and have been extremely pleased with the quality and integrity of this house. While friends and family suffer with structural problems (cracks, leaks, etc.) in their newer, more expensive stick-built homes, we've not had a single problem in all these years. Even the original appliances that came with our home are still working! What's more, folks are suprised when discovering our home is a modular --- even moreso when we tell them what we paid. Our next home purchase, here in the next couple of years, will also be a Foremost.
